1. Active Living After 60

Duration: 6 sessions, 1.5 hours each
Target Group: Individuals aged 60+, looking to stay active, explore new hobbies, and enhance life balance
Methods: Group discussions, practical exercises, interactive activities, and peer exchange

2. Multimodal Stress & Resource Management

Duration: 8 sessions (1–2 per week, 90 minutes each)
Target Group: Adults aiming to improve their stress management skills
Certification: Eligible for ZPP certification
Insurance: May be reimbursed by health insurance providers (according to §20 SGB V – Germany)

3. Psychological Fitness

Duration: 4–6 weeks, 1–2 sessions per week
Format: Group sessions (5–12 participants), individual sessions available on request
Focus: Strengthening mental resilience, emotional regulation, and coping with psychological stress

4. Complex Emotions & Body Reactions

Overview: How does our body respond to intense emotions? Learn practical techniques to consciously manage feelings.
